REGISTRATION 2025

Join the Richmond Ex-Servicemen’s Soccer Club – A Legacy of Family Football Since 1967!

For 58 years, we've been fostering a friendly, family-oriented football community in the beautiful Central Hawkesbury area. With competitive teams and a picturesque home ground at Icely Park (behind the RAAF base), we’re proud to continue doing what we love.

Registrations for 2025 are now open!


We’ll be using the PLAYFOOTBALL platform for online registrations this year. Need assistance? Join us at one of our Face-to-Face Registration Evenings:

Important Notes for Registration:

​

  • New players must bring a form of ID (birth certificate, passport, or driver’s license) for verification. Please bring physical copies; we cannot accept text or email submissions.

  • Returning players will be given priority for team placement until 6th Feb.

  • ​

Exciting Benefits for Players:

​

  • Complimentary sponsored training shirt for all players (U5 to Over 35). Available in early March.

  • U5 to U11 (MiniRoos) players will also receive a training ball.

Active Kids Vouchers & Discounts:

​

  • We proudly accept Active Kids vouchers during registration.

  • Family/sibling, Over 50s, and committee discounts are also available (redeemable as canteen vouchers).

Key Dates to Remember:

​

  • Meet & Greet (initial training) kicks off the week of 10th–14th February (schedule TBA).

  • Team allocations will be finalized through the Dribl app, which also provides access to team sheets and fixtures (available for download from your app store).

We’ll always strive to accommodate team requests, but please note, not all requests can be guaranteed.

Returning Player Registration

Returning Player or new to the club, and have an FFA Number, register now to play with a friendly, family oriented club Soccer Club in the heart of Richmond, NSW. Were our aim to get kids on the park playing soccer, keeping fit and active and having fun.

New Player Registration

If your a new player, coach or manager and don't have a FFA number, you will need to register with Football Australia first to get your FFA number. Once you have that you will be able to register with best club in the Hawkesbury.

Register as a Coach or Manager

If you would like to become a coach or manager you need to register through the DRIBL Website.

Registration Prices

All Prices are a one off fee.

No weekly game fees EVER

All Players receive a sponsored training shirt and all players U5 - U11 receive a training ball

U5-U7 - $130 ($80 with Active Kids Voucher)

U8-U9 - $180 ($130 with Active Kids Voucher)

U10-U12 - $220 ($170 with Active Kids Voucher)

U13-U16 - $250 ($200 with Active Kids Voucher)

U17-U18 - $270 ($220 with Active Kids Voucher)

U19-AA - $360

Active Kids Voucher

If you need to apply for the Active Kids Voucher, click the button below. This will take you to the Service NSW Active Kids page, which has all the information you need to apply. If you are still having trouble applying, please contact us or come down and see us and we will be happy to assist you.

The Active Kids Voucher has dropped to $50

​** IMPORTANT – Please register in the age groups you are turning eg: if you turn 13 this year you register in the U13’s. Team allocation will be managed in by the club, plus It may be cheaper in some instances

 

IMPORTANT All governing bodies have passed on various price increases – FFA,FNSW,NFA altogether
between 1.9% & 21.2% (depending on the governing body), Plus increases in NRG (between 5% & 22%
depending on the age group) costs on top.NB: ALL players will register and pay the rego fee applicable to their age, even if playing in a higher age group
Mini Roos U5 to U11 have been based on 19 games/rounds
Comp teams (U12-AA) have been based on 17 games - 14 comp & 3 semis
** U12s will now play on the half field with 9 a- side, however will remain competition
**IMPORTANT - The above Fee is a one-off all-inclusive fee/NO weekly match payment, covering all NFA, FNSW,
FFA, Registration, Basic Insurance, Hawkesbury Sports council levies, Richmond ExSSC fees, Referees fees,
presentation costs, Canteen workers, Administration & general running of the club.
Family discount may apply for 2 players or more, second sibling $10, 3rd $20, 4th Half price REGISTRATION
(component only) fee.

Family discounts cannot be applied via dribl and will need to be rebated at the canteen via a eftpos refund or a canteen voucher.
Committee and Over 50s discounts will apply $20
*Once a player has taken the field in an NFA organised comp in any age group they are not entitled to a refund of
any registration component of fees, however game fee component refunds are subject to T&Cs
AKV cannot be refunded to parent/guardian, but can be transferred subject to T&Cs
AKV unused from 2023 can be redeemed and used prior to Jan 31st .
From February 1st new AKV’s will be redeemable however are subject to eligibility – available for those receiving
Family Tax benefit A only
NB: GAMES FEES include referee fees, which are a small portion of the entire fee,
game fees assist with the everyday running of the club.
